Is there a need to consume supplements which are artificially made
Definitely.
Given how the humans behaviour and status have evolved over time

Just that factor alone will cause us to be deficient in Vitamin D
Which then leads to many other problems as time goes by
It isn't hard for me to picture how things would be back then and how
the humans are living nowadays
The thing about natural, is human a natural formation or occurance
If there is ever such a vague question to me now
My answer would actually be no
Its hard to imagine how something so intricate and complexed and complete are a product of nature
Its more like being designed
Also if we were to go with the nature flow, I think humans will just age, withers and dies faster like how things are supposed to, going in that direction
But humans wanted to prolong living life and slows down ageing, thus doing things
against the flow of nature would be the way for that to happen
So previously I talked about myself buying the correct product
I bought the wrong one.
I've read the 1000IU as 10 000IU
What the heck is this hoax product
By the way, the perfect ratio would be D3 10 000IU : K2 100 MCG
This crap actually has the wrong ratio
Feel like roasting this company to the core
Theres a lot of these kind of product not knowing what is the ideal amount
and yet still sells at prices that is not cheap
All these stupid companies in-charge needs to be hanged
Anyway, the most ideal one would be this :
This is Berg's product, which I'm considering to buy soon, if I can't buy better alternatives at my local store
This is definitely premium top product for the Vitamin D, ratios would be perfected by him
The only concern would be the price which if includes shipping, would be around $80
But then again, for a four month supply...I think its best to invest in this good one
Once again, as these product we put into our bodies could have a direct impact on our health
All the details and ratios of the ingredients and sources are the utmost important
Jeezus gotten that crappy product pisses me off
Though however, I still do feel the benefits

on Music Streaming platform, specifically, Netease Cloud Music
These include high quality audios ranging from Hi-Res audio, Spatial Sound, Lossless and even Master Tape qualities
So most of the music or music videos you saw from my channel nowadays would fall into one of these categories
Because I would like to make a useful point for myself to upload something special and unique
Rather than what others might have already uploaded using the normal standard sound quality
Also, for noobs, if you want to download high quality audio files, get the FLAC format files
I would like to call them as Full-Layer Audio Codec
But they are acually called Free-Lossless Audio Codec
(I mean, what the heck is free?)
For iPhone users, I heard the highest format they go is AAC
So too bad I guess, hahaha
